I'm with Kaiser in Los Angeles, and am in process of preparing for gastric bypass. However, someone told me that after the surgery, a person has to buy these special vitamins that are expensive. Is this true? A multi-vitamin purchased at the drug store wouldn't suffice? $150 is a heafty price for vitamins, even post bypass.
Any information is greatly appreciated!
