Questions on Gastric Bypass and the Military?

Hi--

I have two questions on Gastric Bypass and the military:

(1) Can you be enlisted in any branch and have gastric bypass?

(2) If you want to join the miltary (any branch), can you if you've had gastric bypass? If the answer is no, can you cite the source from EACH branch about where it says that?
