Other than liposuction and gastric bypass surgery, what fat removal procedures are there? Liposuction won't work because I am extremely overweight, and can't seem to get fit no matter how much I diet and excercise. I'm looking for a procedure that will give me extreme and immediate results since I have been trying to lose weight for so many years with no results whatsoever. Any resources or tips will be helpful. Thanks!
