I had gastric bypass surgery in 2004. My fore arm skin and stomach has not retracted like it should. I've contacted several surgeons in the Atlanta, GA area but unfortunately, they really prefer I pay out of pocket. I have Blue Cross/Blue Shield who will cover some of the expenses but the surgeons won't even submit the paperwork to the insurance company. Any suggestions?
