I have been denied once for the following reasons: need 6 months of diet and excersise. Need psych evaluation. Need 5 years of overweight records. I am working on 2 of the 3 things right now. But I apparently dont have records of being obese in 2004 and 2005. But I do have records of being overweight since 2000. What can i do about my obesity records???
