I am a HUGE fan of support groups in any way, shape, or form. I think that my frustration with my recent experiece at a Kaiser Support Group Meeting for Weight Loss Surgery Pre-Ops may have been taken the wrong way. Just because this one meeting was not helpful, does not mean that they are ALL trash. In this video I go more in depth about that meeting as well as talk about the Lap Band and my opinion on it. Again, I am sorry if I offend anyone. These are only MY personal opinions.
