How did it affect their life? My grandmother is severely obese because of a condition involving her thyroid, the doctors are wanting to perform gastric bypass surgery on her but she is afraid of what could happen after the surgery. Do you know any successful stories dealing with gastric bypass surgery that I could show to my grandmother to help ease her fear of having the surgery? I would really apprieciate it.
